Our policy is for 7 days. If 7 days have passed after you received the product, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To qualify for returns
-The product is damaged due to our error and cannot be used;
-The package was not received because of logistics;
-Must be unused and in the same condition as the item received. It must also be in its original packaging.
-In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Note: Customized products do not support refunds/returns.
* Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. 

In some cases, no or only partial refund 
-Products with visible signs of use.
-Custom products are not refundable/refundable
- After the wig is completely disassembled/try-on, return is not supported
-Any non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to our mistakes
-Any item returned within 7 days of delivery, you need to pay the shipping cost yourself, and MBpersist will charge a handling fee equal to 20% of the product price
-Any item return and exchange within 7 days after delivery, you need to pay the shipping cost

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund expired or lost
If you have n’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time to officially issue the refund.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time.

To return, you should mail the product to us

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
